Feeling Shame Is Nothing To Be Ashamed…
Is feeling shame the bottom of the barrel?
The good news of feeling shame is the only other place to move is UP.When feeling shame we are at the lowest level of human consciousness. It is also extremely vulnerable to negative emotions, which produces false feelings of anger, guilt, and pride. Meaning that these feelings mask a deeper level of consciousness, which is shame.

Those who are in a level of shame do absolutely nothing to prolong their life. Those who are not conscious about the food they eat, making sure they get enough exercise to take care of their temple of a body. They are people who smoke and have no intentions of quitting or caring if it takes their life. Some become addicted to drugs and do not want a way out, because the feeling of the drugs is better than facing their inner battle.
Feeling shame shrinks your head low…People in a place of shame hold their heads low. They find it hard to make eye contact, and desperately want to hide away from the world. So they find ways and make excuses to remove themselves from socializing, society, and people in general.People in a place of shame think that others around them are in constant judgment. Believing they others think they are as unworthy as they believe themselves to be.Most times childhood traumas, such as physical and emotional abuse will lead to a life lived at the human consciousness level of shame. The mind begins to twist their thoughts and emotions, feeding deeply into the inner voice of ego…
…I’m will never be good enough I am nothing
…I am unworthy
…No one wants me
…I’m a bad person
These thought patterns immediately attach to how you feel and is destructive to your emotional health, creating the greatest resistance. Not to mention, a horrendous inner battle and intense low self-esteem.
It not only affects your inner well being, it also makes you prone to developing physical illness, as this level of energy is highly toxic.
People at this level of energy are shy, withdrawn, and introverted. Often times becoming cruel to self and others around them. Their mind can begin to hallucinate, creating images and thoughts that are hazardous to the body, mind, and spirit. This hazardous point of focus causes paranoia, and will have one over compensating by being a perfectionist, often times forming OCD. They will be completely inflexible, and hateful towards other people, situations, and things.
Unconsciously shameful people often project their own shame onto others when they feel attacked. Agreeing with the attacker, internalizing their own self-hare and shrinking away into a deeper state of shame, taking on more abuse. Or acting out in a rage towards others as this anger masks their inner shame.
These people will focus more on the wrong they believe they did to deserve the abused punishment, believing they are the reason for the abuse.
Now, you are not deeply rooted into this state of human consciousness because if you were you would not have the energy or desire to take this course. But you may have been stuck in this level at one point in time. Today you may also experience slipping into this level to some degree, from time to time.
If you have ever faced any type of abuse in your life or childhood, I want you to take some time to think about how any feelings of anger or guilt may be masking a deeper level of shame.
Make The Connection…
Make the connection between the abuse that happened, to the feelings of anger or guilt you may have towards self and others, to how it may be masking a deeper level of shame that you may have pushed far back into your subconscious mind.
Slipping into this level of energy while at a higher level of human consciousness does not necessarily mean that you are as deep in as described in this audio. It simply means that because of some kind of traumatic experience you had in your life or childhood, it can very easily be affecting your progress to move forward and rise higher until it is understood and worked through.
For now, the goal is to simple understand which of the lower 8 states you find yourself slipping into so you can make a clear understanding of what needs to be worked through.
