This sounds fantastic right! Here’s the down side to desire.

Those who face the human consciousness of desire often push people away because of their constant demands. At this level one desires control. There is a desire for others to contribute to their desire, by ways of actions, behaviour, affection, love, and commitment.

When I was 19, I decided that 95% of the people in my life were not contributing to my growth and I disconnected from them all and ended up with 2 friends. This can create healthy and unhealthy boundaries. It all depends on the awareness and ultimate reason behind your desire,

The desire to have people in your life who really care may push good people away. Is your desire wrapped around what others can and would do for you? How do you fulfill your own desires within? WIthout being concerned on what others think, say and do?

This inner realization brings more clarity to your question “What am I doing with my life”.

Creating Healthy Boundaries

How many of people do we cut from our lives, hurt, or demand to be a certain way in order to satisfy what we are denying within? Do you think others are the root cause of you not receiving your desire?

In my younger years I had a desire that demanded people act in the way fulfilled my personal desire. This backfires every time and creates resentment Accepting the uniqueness in another and their choices, is accepting the reflected desire that is unresolved within self.

It’s important as you increase your knowledge about the human consciousness that you start to understand which levels others are at in their life. It will give you more clarity in their actions and behaviour and determine where the energy is taken from. This observation of others should ALWAYS come from a place of understanding, not judgement.

Through this understanding we increase of ability to show compassion and choose who you keep in your surroundings based on the level of energy entering your space. It allows you to limit or disconnect from those whose energy does not contribute to your growth.

What Am I Doing With My Life Is All Perspective

Awareness often breaks through with age because of influential habits and conditioning from young. How great would it be for children to absorb this influential wisdom from young? Your awareness of this level of consciousness extends forward touching those close to you and helping those in need of awakening.

A gentle shift in perspective towards self-desire will improve your relationships, marriage, friendships, career, and business. This is because of newly created boundaries. You deserve all that you dream of within your mind and all aspects that you intuitively feel drawn toward.

When you set boundaries you allow your desires to be based on what your soul needs, rather than based on what others demand from you, expect from you, project onto you, or what YOU assume others want from you.

Denying your own desires causes a fall into the human consciousness state of anger.

We all have our own journey to walk and time to awaken. You may be ready right now to self-heal, this does not mean others are. And that’s ok. We all have our own journey, timing, and free will to heal when and if we choose to.

Some people in the consciousness of desire become addicted to the desire for attention. They desire others to hear and see them. When faced with another person who has the same desire, it can cause fight for control because both people have the desire to be heard and no one is truly listening or caring.

This is one sided, as in the case of the narcissist and the empath. A narcissist demands all attention, listen to me, help me, make me feel good, make me look good. An empath’s desires to feel love and to belong, meaning she gives more that she should, neglecting herself. As resentment builds within the desire to be heard and understood becomes frustrating. The frustration can easily lead you back into a state of guilt, shame and anger.

Desire is the level of addiction, using a substance as a tool to escape the inner pain. And so, addiction becomes a craving that is more important than living a health life of contentment and inner peace.

Desire is in direct connection with accumulation and greed. It can have one obsessed with money, prestige, and power. The desire to control people and situations is magnified in this situation.

Desire has those believing that material items will bring them happiness. The material world only brings momentary happiness. Eventually this happiness fades and more energy is required to fill the underlying void within desire.

One can desire approval of their self-image, as well as sexual approval. This needed approval can form an addition to be accepted and stems from low self-esteem. In the level of desire, we see it in cosmetics, fashion, and the movie industries.

There is a desire to feel worthy, yet within you feel low levels of self-love and self-worth. Attempting to have it fulfilled by others, rather than healing to fulfill that need within.

Congratulate Yourself For The Small Steps You Make

At this point congratulate yourself if you made the distinction of what your desire masks. Desire is a cover for underlying fear, shame or guilt. The human conscious level of desire can create success because of the desire you have which motivates you to produce enough energy to take action. At the same time, it can easily mask your inner truth.

Instead of having the desire to control, focus your desire on your awareness and allow everything to fall into place. Celebrate every small step you make and every awakened understanding you have.
